This is a customized 40-ton low-voltage rail-powered electric transfer cart. The body is equipped with a V-groove, which is used to ensure the stability of the workpiece when transporting cylindrical and round objects, and to prevent wear and waste. The cart is equipped with cast steel wheels and a box beam frame, which is very stable, wear-resistant and durable.

In order to improve work efficiency, a customized ladder is installed at the end of the track to facilitate the staff to carry items. This model has unique devices such as conductive columns, carbon brushes and ground control cabinets. The main purpose of the conductive column and carbon brush is to transmit the circuit on the low-voltage track to the electrical box to power the transfer cart. The ground control cabinet has two-phase and three-phase differences (different numbers of built-in transformers). The working principle is similar and is transmitted to the track through voltage reduction.

Application

Electric transfer carts powered by low-voltage rails have no time limit for use.
