Description
This is a customized rail transfer vehicle with a relatively simple structure that can be moved vertically and horizontally. The transfer vehicle is mainly used for the transportation of goods and the docking between production processes.
The vehicle is driven by electricity and the lower power vehicle is powered by a maintenance-free battery. There is no limit on the use distance and it can carry out long-distance heavy-load transportation tasks. The table uses a concave structure with rails and automatic turning ladders installed. The center of the rail is equipped with a cable with heat-insulating materials to prevent leakage caused by high-temperature radiation.

First, the power supply method.
The transfer vehicle is used for the loading and unloading of work pieces in the vacuum furnace, and it will inevitably face high temperature. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of use, the transfer vehicle uses batteries and tow cables for power supply. The power vehicle close to the ground chooses battery power supply, which can not only meet the needs of the use distance, but also can be given explosion-proof characteristics by adding explosion-proof shells to the electrical box to effectively avoid damage to electrical appliances caused by high temperature. The upper vehicle has a limited handling distance and is closer to the work piece and requires high temperature resistance, so a tow cable with a heat-resistant baffle is selected for power supply;
Second, the operation method.
The transfer vehicle chooses remote control operation, which can first distance the operator from the work piece to prevent personal injury. Secondly, the power vehicle has an LED display screen installed on the operating table to clearly see the operation status of the vehicle, which is convenient for subsequent maintenance, operation settings and other operations;
Third, the rail design.
The transporter transports the non powered rail vehicle to the appropriate location, so the design of the vehicle rail and the automatic flip ladder needs to be based on the size of the non powered vehicle and the corresponding rail, and it is necessary to ensure that the sizes are consistent and can be accurately docked;
Fourth, about the traction structure.
The towed non powered vehicle cannot drive itself, so it needs to have certain auxiliary devices to help move. Above the black insulation material, we can see a yellow horizontal iron frame that spans the insulation baffle. There is a protruding work piece above the iron frame that is consistent with the width of the front and rear frames of the non powered vehicle. The non powered vehicle can be towed here to move forward and backward.
