The low-voltage rail electric transfer cart is a rail-powered electric transfer cart. Its working principle is to reduce the voltage of 380V power supply (three-phase or two-phase) to a safe voltage of 36V through the ground control step-down system. The power is supplied to the conductive rail, and the low-voltage electricity is sent to the step-up transformer on the car through the conductive device of the flat car, and the voltage is stepped up to 380V to drag the three-phase or two-phase capacitor motor to drive the flat car to run.

Low-voltage rail carts use a low-voltage power supply, usually 36V, to ensure safe operation and reduce the risk of electric shock. Depending on the load capacity, low-voltage rail carts have two specifications:

(1) Suitable for vehicles with a load capacity of 50 tons or less, it uses a 36V two-phase power supply.

(2) Electric flat cars with a load capacity of more than 70 tons use a 36V three-phase power supply, and the voltage is increased to 380V through a step-up transformer to meet the demand.
