Heavy Load Factory Use Low voltage Railway Transfer Carts
description
Low-voltage rail carts use a low-voltage power supply, usually 36V, to ensure safe operation and reduce the risk of electric shock. Depending on the load capacity, low-voltage rail carts have two specifications:
(1) Suitable for vehicles with a load capacity of 50 tons or less, it uses a 36V two-phase power supply.
(2) Electric flat cars with a load capacity of more than 70 tons use a 36V three-phase power supply, and the voltage is increased to 380V through a step-up transformer to meet the demand.
Application
Low-voltage rail carts are widely used in various industrial environments, such as manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, assembly lines, heavy manufacturing, shipbuilding, and automobile manufacturing. They are used to transport raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, goods, pallets, shelves, and heavy machinery parts.
Advantage
(1) Improve work efficiency: Electric transfer cart can work continuously and are not affected by human fatigue, which greatly improves handling efficiency.
(2) Reduce labor intensity: After using electric transfer cart, porters do not need to bear the pressure of heavy objects, which reduces labor intensity.
(3) Energy saving: Compared with fuel vehicles, electric flat cars have lower energy consumption and emission pollution.
(4) High safety performance: In addition to low-voltage power supply to reduce the risk of electric shock, the vehicle is also equipped with a braking system to ensure driving safety.
(5) Easy maintenance: The electric flat car has a simple structure, which reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.
(6) Strong adaptability: Different models and specifications can be customized according to different scenarios and needs.
Precautions
Since the low-voltage rail car uses low-voltage rail power supply, the rails and wheels must be insulated. Therefore, it cannot be used outdoors in rainy weather, but should be installed in dry or well-drained places.
