Working principle of hydraulic lifting structure
The working principle of the hydraulic lifting structure of this vehicle is mainly to realize the lifting function through the pressure transmission of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic system of the hydraulic lifting structure includes components such as oil tank, oil pump, solenoid valve and hydraulic cylinder. When turned on, the oil pump presses the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder, thereby pushing the lifting structure to achieve vertical lifting. When descending, close the passage from the solenoid valve to the hydraulic cylinder, open the return passage, the oil in the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank, and the plunger retracts.
Secondly, the lifting structure can adjust the lifting height arbitrarily, which brings great convenience to the operator.
The following factors need to be considered when choosing a suitable rail flat car
Load demand : Choose the appropriate flat car type according to the weight of the transported goods. Heavy loads need to choose a flat car with high load capacity, and light loads can choose a light flat car.
Operation distance and frequency : Long-distance and high-frequency transportation work is suitable for electric flat cars, and short-distance and low-frequency work can choose manual or manpower-driven flat cars.
Working environment: In explosion-proof environments, explosion-proof flat cars should be selected. In humid or corrosive environments, flat cars with good protection and corrosion resistance should be selected.
Track conditions: The curves and slopes of the track will affect the selection of flat cars. It is necessary to select flat cars with good steering performance and climbing ability, and ensure that their braking systems are reliable.
Space limitations: Narrow spaces require small and compact flat cars to ensure smooth passage.
