The power supply methods of the double-deck track electric flat car are usually: battery power supply and track power supply.
Track power supply: First, the three-phase AC 380V is stepped down to single-phase 36V through the step-down transformer inside the ground power cabinet, and then sent to the flat car through the track busbar. The power-taking device (such as the collector) on the flat car obtains electric energy from the track, and then the voltage is stepped up to three-phase AC 380V through the on-board step-up transformer to provide power for the AC variable frequency motor, so that the flat car can be driven to run.
Battery power supply: The flat car is powered by a maintenance-free battery pack or lithium battery for traction. The battery assembly directly provides power to the DC motor, electrical control device, etc. This power supply method makes the transport vehicle have a certain flexibility, is not limited by the track power supply, and is suitable for non-fixed routes and trackless transport transport vehicles.
Motor drive
The motor drive of the double-deck track electric flat car usually adopts a DC motor or an AC motor.
DC motor: It has the characteristics of not easy to be damaged, large starting torque, strong overload capacity, etc., and can realize forward and backward functions through brushless controller.
AC motor: High operating efficiency, low maintenance cost, suitable for work occasions with low requirements for speed and precision
Control system
The control system of the double-deck track electric flat car is responsible for monitoring and controlling the operating status of the flat car.
Signal acquisition: Accurately detect the position information of the flat car on the track through position sensors (such as photoelectric switches, encoders), and monitor the operating status of the motor (such as speed, current, temperature) and the speed, acceleration and other parameters of the flat car
Control logic: According to the preset encoding program and the received signal information, the control system controls the operation of the flat car. For example, when the flat car needs to move forward, the control system sends a forward rotation command to the motor, so that the motor drives the wheels forward; when it needs to move backward, it sends a reverse rotation command.
