Rail Route Requirements: The rail line is of the “口” type, and the rail transfer cart needs to be commutated at 90 degrees.
The Solution
After communicating with customers on the spot, a rechargeable vertical and horizontal mobile rail transfer cart is adopted. This rail transfer cart can meet the 90-degree reversing operation of the vehicle.The method of reversing the electric turntable is not used, and there is no need to dig pits on the ground, which reduces the relative cost.
In order to avoid high temperature damage to the electrical appliances of the rail transfer cart, an unloading type of transporter is used. After the workpiece is transported to the drying room, the countertop of the rail transfer cart drops, and the workpiece is placed on a preset tray.The rail transfer cart exits the drying room. There are painting links in the production process, which will produce volatile gases. Therefore, there are flammable and explosive factors in the air in the processing area. In order to avoid unsafe factors, the whole vehicle has been explosion-proof when manufacturing rail transfer carts to eliminate safety hazards.
